Working as an integrative counsellor means I use Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Theory (CBT) in my work with clients. This allows me to individualise my approach according to each person’s needs and allows us the flexibility to change, try new approaches and adapt with your needs.

My counselling sessions are based around making you feel heard and accepted. I want you to experience a safe space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and fears and help process deeper emotions. I offer a welcoming space where we can work together, develop trust and create a place for you to grow.
